Daily Magic for Your Disney Heart

Wow! I never expected I’d be on my third round of monthly Disney movies and activities, yet here we are still staying safe at home. Thanks to COVID-19, this is the new normal all over the world, including here in Michigan. Some of the positives we’ve experienced over the last few months in our household are the opportunities to take a slower pace of life; less hustle and bustle driving to and from activities, and more time for each other. One way we’ve tried to take a step back and enjoy each other is through our Disney fun time we have daily. We have it posted on our fridge and every morning the kids run down and talk about what today’s Disney fun is and when we should do it (right away, after schoolwork is done, or after dinner). We trade days here and there, but for the most part, we’ve followed it, and it’s been a pleasure to do. I view the kids’ enthusiasm and the fact that this hasn’t gotten old yet, as a major win.

I’ve also enjoyed it enough that it’s inspired a new direction for my blog, which is infusing what we love about Disney into our daily lives. As much it would be fabulous to live near the theme parks or visit all the time, that isn’t a reality for many of us. It definitely isn’t a reality when they are closed all over the world. With this in mind, I’m going to keep coming up with ways to share the Disney fun at home and I hope you’ll join me on this journey. Take a Daily Dose of Disney Fun is now, Daily Magic for Your Disney Heart.

For this month’s Daily Magic for Your Disney Heart, I spent a lot of time choosing a mix of favorites and movies the kids haven’t ever seen. Some movies we’ve already watched in other months, but let’s be honest, how many times a month does Frozen 2 play at your house? I hope you and your family stay healthy and safe, all while keeping your Disney heart full.

Sharing is caring. Please share the link to this article with your friends so all can take part in the Disney magic!
